Chicago

Chicago is an American musical with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Ebb and Bob Fosse. Set in Jazz-age Chicago, the musical is based on a 1926 play of the same name by reporter Maurine Dallas Watkins about actual criminals and crimes she reported on.

PG&E POWER OUTAGE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to the planned power outage, the performances of CHICAGO on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 will not be held.
Saturday, October 26 is cancelled. Your ticket will be honored at a different performance or refunded. Sunday, October 27 has been RESCHEDULED to Saturday, November 2 at 2:00 pm. If you do nothing, your seat will be exactly the same as you already purchased, just the date is different. If you prefer a different performance or a refund, please let us know. Call the Soper Reese Theatre at 263-0577 or 349-1941 to make ticket changes or obtain a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience. CHICAGO will resume on Friday, November 1. Please note that phones will not be working during the power outage.
